Alex will happily work with you to find an architect , if we discover your project requires an architect to design structural renovations or if your project requires your local authority to sign off planning applications. Alex will either bring in further skills and experience to suit your projects requirements or work with your preferred structural engineer, surveyor, builders, carpenters, painters, crafts and technicians.

Producing and coordinating all of the information relating to the costings of the works, the budget including; working drawings, design details, a written proposal of the works and agreed schedule.
Selected contractors are provided with the scope of works and introduced to your project and a thorough site inspection. All contractors findings are then collated and presented to you in a comparative format.
Specific furniture and finishes. Sourcing, appraising and procuring materials and furniture to ensure all products selected meet with your agreed criteria, including budget, design suitability, provenance and sustainability.
Alex offers project and design management services, to ensure the smooth transition through the design, planning and the construction and decoration process. This includes, the coordination of all third party contractors, consultants and suppliers. Organisation and procurement of all your supply items, their delivery and storage.
Management of the project costs is undertaken and closely monitored throughout the process with regular meetings and reports to keep you informed.
